Perfect Body ("we", "us", "our") operates as a franchise, with a franchisor site and individually branded branch websites for Cramerview, Douglasdale, Coachman’s Crossing and Fourways Mall. These terms apply across the Perfect Body website and all branch websites, unless a specific branch page states otherwise.

2. Use of This Website

You may browse this website and use its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this website, including text, images, logos, and pricing, without our prior written permission.

3. Our Services and Treatments

Perfect Body offers non-invasive body contouring, skin, and beauty treatments, including but not limited to fat freezing, Bio Sculpt, VelaShape, massages, laser hair removal, and pHformula skin resurfacing. Treatment descriptions on this website are for general information only and do not constitute medical advice.

Not every treatment is suitable for every person. A consultation is required before any course of treatment, during which a consultant will discuss your goals, assess suitability, and answer any questions you may have.

4. Bookings, Appointments and Cancellations

• Bookings can be made by contacting a branch directly, by phone, email, or through the website.
• We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee, at the branch’s discretion.
• Course bookings (multiple sessions purchased together) are valid for a period communicated to you at the time of purchase and are non-transferable between branches unless agreed in advance.
• We reserve the right to reschedule an appointment where necessary, for example due to equipment or staff availability, and will give you as much notice as possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices shown on this website are indicative and may vary by area treated, individual requirements, or promotional periods. Prices are confirmed at your consultation before any treatment begins. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment is due at the branch at the time of treatment, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods vary by branch.

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or other health information that may affect your suitability for a treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety or outcome of a treatment.
