Full Terms and Conditions - The Spring Self-Care Giveaway

1. Promoter

This promotion ("the Giveaway") is run by Perfect Body ("the Promoter"), in partnership with Lingerie & Leisure and Fingers & Toes, who are each supplying one of the three prizes described below.

2. This promotion is not run by Meta

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability connected with this promotion.

3. No purchase necessary

Entry is free. Participants are not required to make any purchase, and are not required to pay to enter, to increase their chances of winning, or to claim a prize. The Promoter will never ask an entrant to pay any amount to receive their prize.

4. Eligibility

1. The Giveaway is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2. The Giveaway is open to entrants who are able to physically visit the redeeming businesses' Johannesburg-area locations to collect and use their prize. Prizes cannot be shipped, transferred, or redeemed remotely.
3. Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, Lingerie & Leisure, or Fingers & Toes, and any person involved in the administration or judging of this Giveaway, may not enter.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant's eligibility and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

5. How to enter

1. To enter, a participant must comment on the official giveaway post published on Perfect Body's Instagram account (@perfect_body_boutique) or Perfect Body's Facebook Page (@PerfectBodySA), as well as Lingerie & Leisure's Instagram account (@lingerieandleisure) or Lingerie & Leisure's Facebook page (@underwearandswimwearshop), during the entry period, answering the question posed in that post.
2. Entrants must follow both Perfect Body and Lingerie & Leisure accounts on either Instagram or Facebook.
3. Entrants may tag a friend who may love this giveaway, but tagging a friend is not a requirement of entry.
4. One qualifying entry is permitted per person, per platform. Multiple comments from the same account do not create multiple entries.
5. Entries that do not answer the question posed, that are spam, offensive, or otherwise do not meet these terms, may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.

6. Entry period

Entries open 15 September 2026 and close at midnight South African Standard Time on 14 October 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

7. Prizes

1. One winner will receive a R2,000 Perfect Body voucher, a R2,000 Lingerie & Leisure voucher, and a R1,000 Fingers & Toes voucher.
2. Total prize value: R5,000.
3. Vouchers are subject to each participating business's redemption conditions and must be redeemed in person.
4. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
5. Each of Perfect Body, Lingerie & Leisure, and Fingers & Toes is individually responsible for issuing and honouring its own voucher.

8. Winner selection and notification

1. One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received across Instagram and Facebook, combined into a single entry pool.
2. The draw will take place on or shortly before 16 October 2026.
3. The winner will be announced at 8pm on 16 October 2026. The Promoter may notify the winner by direct message on the platform on which they entered and may also confirm the winner publicly in the comments of the original giveaway post once the winner has responded.
4. If the winner does not respond to notification within a reasonable period, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternative winner by the same random method.
5. The winner may be asked to provide proof of identity and age before a prize is issued.

9. Publicity

By entering, the winner consents to their first name and the winning comment being shared publicly on the participating businesses' social media accounts to announce the result. No other personal information will be published without separate consent.

10. Use of personal information

Information submitted as part of an entry, including social media username and comment content, will be used only to administer this Giveaway: to identify entrants, conduct the draw, and contact the winner. It will not be used for marketing purposes without separate consent, and will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the businesses named in this document.

11. Liability

1. The Promoter, Lingerie & Leisure, and Fingers & Toes accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failure of any kind, including issues with Instagram or Facebook.
2. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, Lingerie & Leisure, and Fingers & Toes are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a participant's entry into this Giveaway or use of a prize.

12. General

1. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, suspend, or postpone the Giveaway, where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, and will communicate any material change via the giveaway post or this page.
2. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
3. A copy of these terms will be made available to any participant on request, at no cost, for the duration required by law.
